Job summary

Burkert USA Corporation in the United States is seeking an Inside Sales professional to manage inbound calls and emails, generate quotes, and move orders through the lifecycle, representing Burkert’s solutions to customers and coordinating with Field Sales and Technical Sales.

You will develop product knowledge, participate in trade shows and customer visits, and collaborate across departments to meet regional goals while delivering outstanding service and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred with 3–5+ years in customer service or inside sales
• Experience in manufacturing or office environment is preferred
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office; SAP and CRM experience highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails for Inside Sales.
• Generate quotes, enter orders, create certificates, and move orders through lifecycle.
• Represent Burkert offerings to customers and coordinate with Field Sales and Technical Sales.
• Collaborate with distributors, OEMs, channel partners, and other departments to meet customer needs and regional goals.
• Develop understanding of Burkert products, markets, and applications; train to gain product knowledge.
