Job summary

PSS Cross Country Infrastructure Solutions is seeking an experienced inside sales professional to generate quotes and proposals based on customer requests, via phone, email, or in person. You will support customers with product information and assist in closing transactions.

You will coordinate shipping, enter orders in the ERP system, and maintain relationships with customers while collaborating with Outside Sales. On-site in a fast-paced environment, driving timely service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B industrial sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Infor SXe software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer quotes and proposals via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide counter sales support and assist customers with products and services.
• Coordinate shipping, orders, and information to ensure on-time delivery; enter orders in ERP system.
