Job summary

HT BOLTING SYSTEMS, a division of HYDRAULIC TECHNOLOGIES, is hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator/Admin for our Pasadena rental facility. The role handles inbound inquiries, order-entry, and coordinating rentals in a fast-paced, emergency-based environment.

Candidates should have at least five years in inside sales or customer service within industrial settings, strong communication, and proficiency with SAP or Sirius.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in inside sales, customer service, rental coordination, or related role within an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in traffic with strong customer service and product guidance.
• Process rental and sales transactions including quotes, stock checks, invoicing, and documentation.
• Coordinate rental tooling and equipment availability to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain customer records and complete paperwork in Sirius, SAP, and other systems.
• Collaborate with branch personnel to support customer needs and efficient operations.
• Proactively contact customers to follow up on rentals, quotes, repairs, and service opportunities.
• Conduct outbound calls to identify new business and promote products and services.
• Assist with special projects and other branch duties.
