Qualifications

• Comfort learning ERP/order-entry systems and business tech; proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Clear, professional phone and written communication; ability to learn industrial products, specs, materials and cross-references.

Responsibilities

• Enter accurate orders in Prophet 21 and follow through to fulfillment, updating customers on delays or changes.
• Prepare accurate quotes, protect gross margin, follow up quotes and convert approved quotes to orders.
• Serve as the primary in-house contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with Outside Sales as needed.
• Support revenue through quote follow-up, reorder awareness, and product or quantity recommendations.
