Job summary

You will follow up on quotes, negotiate as needed, coordinate shipping, enter orders into the ERP, maintain relationships with customers, and collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to drive orders and growth.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of business-to-business industrial sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet company performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Generates customer quotes and proposals via phone, email or in person.
• Provides counter sales support and assists customers with products and services.
• Follows up on quotes, negotiates, and closes transactions.
• Coordinates shipping and material information to ensure on-time delivery.
• Enters orders into the ERP system following established rules.
• Maintains relationships with existing customers and supports outside sales team.
