Qualifications

• 1+ years of inside sales experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and support the sale of industrial products from within the branch location.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person regarding product availability, pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Process customer orders, prepare quotes, create invoices, and track order status through fulfillment.
• Provide product information and technical sales support based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with fabrication and warehouse teams to confirm product specifications, inventory availability, and order requirements.
• Support order entry, pricing, quoting, invoicing, and delivery coordination using ERP/CRM systems.
• Address customer order and product issues and elevate matters requiring management involvement.
• Coordinate multiple customer requests and time-sensitive orders.
• Support branch sales and customer service activities for industrial MRO and OEM products.
