Job summary

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking an Industrial Account Specialist in Tucson, AZ to support mining, utility, refinery, rail, and heavy industrial accounts.

You will handle inside account coordination, pricing, and reporting within a fast-paced industrial distributor setting. The role emphasizes data management, cross-team collaboration, and delivering responsive customer service for large industrial customers across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in industrial inside sales, industrial customer service, account coordination, or manufacturing/distribution support preferred
• Experience in industrial distribution, fasteners, MRO, electrical supply, construction supply, manufacturing, or related industrial product environments strongly preferred
• Knowledge of fasteners, mechanical components, industrial products, or engineered products preferred
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working with large amounts of customer/account data
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel
• Experience with ERP systems or industrial distribution software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account maintenance, contract pricing, profiling, and sales/inventory agreements
• Support large industrial customer accounts with operational and administrative account activities
• Coordinate customer-specific requirements including portal invoicing, summary invoicing, and special processing requests
• Generate and maintain customer analytics, reporting, and transaction data
• Assist Industry Inside Sales teams with large projects, service transitions, and account support initiatives
• Coordinate with outside sales, inside sales, branch teams, and leadership to support key customer accounts across multiple locations
• Maintain accurate customer records, pricing files, and account documentation within ERP and internal systems
• Assist with data management, customer item maintenance, and account-related troubleshooting
• Provide responsive customer service and internal support in a high-volume industrial distribution environment
