Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; customer service or industrial distribution experience encouraged.

• CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability goals.
• Manage and grow an existing customer base with proactive outreach and excellent service.
• Identify new business by engaging prospects and reactivating inactive accounts.
• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, recommend products, and follow up to close deals.
• Promote products to MRO, OEM, and end-user customers.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding needs and providing timely solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and expand accounts.
• Document calls, quotations, and activities in CRM and marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with outside sales, operations, purchasing, and service teams.
• Stay informed of product offerings and market trends to spot growth opportunities.
