Job summary

Echelon Supply and Service is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Long Beach, CA. This full-time role supports outside sales, manages an existing customer base, and drives product sales through coordinated marketing and CRM use.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer service, is highly organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment. A BA in Business is preferred but not required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience; able to meet and exceed targets.
• BA in Business or related field preferred, but not required.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized and able to work independently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist the outside sales team in helping achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals established by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Help to service an existing customer base with questions and concerns while continuing to expand current sales orders and requests.
• Drive sales of current products by creating and implementing marketing/business strategies while utilizing current market trends with both inside and outside sales teams.
• Make scheduled sales calls to determine active, inactive and prospective accounts during down time.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with all established accounts; Use of CRM system and marketing platforms to track calls and activities performed.
• Assist warehouse operations with getting hose assemblies.
• Counter sales and support.
