In this dual-impact role, you will be the engine behind our lead generation efforts—prospecting industrial accounts that need wash water solutions. Depending on the territory and opportunity scale, you will either cultivate these leads directly or

Qualifications

• Sales experience in inside sales or business development.
• Tech and software aptitude with CRM experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Consultative approach with discovery questions.
• High school diploma; technical or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lead Generation through cold outreach, email, and digital networking.
• Route opportunities by initial discovery calls to determine direct vs dealer route.
• Enable dealer success by training dealers on proprietary software.
• Manage relationships with independent dealer network and support follow-ups.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene and CRM records of prospects and hand-offs.
