Job summary

Kärcher is seeking an Inside Sales & Dealer Enablement Representative in the United States to lead lead generation and channel enablement for our dealer network. You will prospect industrial accounts, qualify opportunities, and decide whether to pursue directly or route to licensed dealers.

In this dual role, you will train dealers on our in-house prospect-generating software and maintain CRM hygiene to support a healthy sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, BD, or account management in industrial or B2B environments.
• Experience training dealers on software is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales opportunities in industrial sectors.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and budget.
• Route opportunities to dealers when appropriate.
• Train dealers on proprietary prospect-generating software.
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene.
