Job summary

Zanasi USA, a leading distributor in industrial inkjet coding and marking, seeks a Service Technician to install, service, and support equipment across industries. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing software, training staff, and providing remote support.

Requires travel up to 10–15% and commuting to Maple Grove, MN. Work hours are typically full-time, M–F 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer/field/technical service (preferred).
• Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and interpret diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical/low-pressure fluid systems.
• Repair/replace system components.
• Install system software and troubleshoot.
• Install new systems at customer sites.
• Train operators and maintenance personnel.
• Provide technical support via phone, email or video.
• Maintain equipment at main office.
• Coordinate with Sales on applications/recommendations.
• Keep service area up to company standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
