Job summary

NPPS, Inc. seeks a field service engineer to support our international manufacturing equipment. You may work remotely from home with substantial travel to client sites across the country. Ideal candidates have inkjet machinery maintenance experience and color printing know-how. A technical degree is welcomed, and strong computer and communication skills are essential. Responsibilities

• Travel nationwide/regionally up to 50%+ with limited weekends.
• Provide field service support for inkjet printing equipment.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex machinery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to minimize downtime.

Job description

A leading international manufacturer of inkjet and screen presses used in the commercial printing industry is looking for a field service engineer. This will allow you to work remotely from home. Expect heavy national and regional travel with limited weekend work. This is over 50% travel. An ideal candidate will have prior experience in field service or maintenance of inkjet printing equipment. Any experience in color printing is strongly desired. An Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics degree is welcomed. Strong computer and communication skills are essential. The ability to work independently and within groups is key to success in this role.

This role is hourly with OT; the starting yearly base salary is between $70k and $75k, so expect a $100k + income potential with a solid benefits package and all expenses covered while traveling.
