Job summary

Nazdar seeks an Inkjet Field Specialist in Texas to install, train, and repair graphic and textile inkjet equipment Nazdar sells and supports. The role also provides remote technical support to end users via phone and computer, ensuring customer success.

Travel up to 75% within the continental USA is required, with occasional airline travel. The position emphasizes safety, reporting, and collaboration with sales to identify upgrades and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Inkjet printing including wide/super wide, solvent, UV, and aqueous inks.
• Hands-on experience with wide format Inkjet printers such as Roland, Mimaki, Mutoh, EFI, or similar.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, product literature, regulatory documents, equipment schematics and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and train on the operation of the graphic and textile Inkjet equipment Nazdar sells and supports.
• Provide technical support to end users by phone and through the computer.
• Travel to printing facilities across the continental USA up to 75%.
• Write detailed service reports that document work completed, parts used, and equipment recommendations.
• Assist sales by identifying new opportunities to upgrade equipment.
