Job summary

Celgard, LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks an Instrument & Electrical Technician to join the Maintenance team. Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm, with occasional nights or weekends. Performs electrical calibration, troubleshooting, installation, and documentation to support production equipment.

Requires 3+ years in industrial I&E work; an Associate degree in Electrical Technology is preferred. Travel up to 10% for training or site visits may be needed.

Qualifications

3+ years in industrial instrumentation and electrical work
5+ years preferred
Experience with instrumentation and control loops for temperature, pressure, tension, and flow

Responsibilities

Perform electrical calibrations & preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical power systems, motor drives, control systems
Read and update electrical drawings & procedures
Install and verify correct instrument installation
Write detailed maintenance reports
Operate PIV equipment safely
Train other maintenance personnel on I&E systems
