Advantage Technical in Morrisville, NC is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join a leading manufacturing team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems, and install service for PLCs, HMIs, motors, and control wiring.

The role emphasizes safety and preventive maintenance across production equipment and facility systems. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of post-secondary electrical training, and 3+ years of relevant

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of post-secondary electrical/electronic training.
• 3+ years of industrial electrical or electronic maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and control wiring diagrams.
• Working knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, industrial robotics, automation systems, and process controls.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, OSHA, and Arc Flash safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and automated equipment.
• Install and service PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, instrumentation, control wiring, and electronic components.
• Support production equipment, facility systems, laboratory operations, and IT-related electrical needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Diagnose and modify automated control systems, PLC programs, and HMI interfaces.
• Troubleshoot vision systems, conveyor systems, robotic equipment, furnaces, dust collection systems, scales, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-focused work environment.
