Graham Personnel Services of Rural Hall, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician with a strong electronic troubleshooting background to maintain, repair, and improve industrial equipment. You’ll diagnose electrical issues, service PLCs and control systems, and support automated process improvements.

The role requires at least 3 years of electronic maintenance experience, reading schematics, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. Shift is 3pm-11pm, with flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical electronics/maintenance certification preferred.
• At least 3 years of maintenance with electronic troubleshooting focus.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Proficient with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on electronic systems and machinery.
• Diagnose electrical and electronic problems using appropriate tools.
• Repair and maintain PLCs, motors, sensors, and control systems.
• Document maintenance activities and equipment conditions accurately.
• Coordinate repairs with team members and other departments.
• Assist with installation, modification, and upgrade of equipment.
• Provide technical support and training as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
