Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking an Instrumentation & Electrical Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve electrical and control systems across the facility. You will support production efficiency, implement preventive maintenance, and advance control system capabilities while serving as a resource for training and continuous improvement.

The role requires industrial electrical experience, strong schematic reading, PLC troubleshooting, and teamwork with maintenance and production.

Qualifications

• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and equipment across the facility.
• Perform and support preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical and control systems.
• Train operators and maintenance technicians on equipment functionality and troubleshooting.
