Cardinal Systems, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience required.
• PLC troubleshooting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, sensors, relays, and VFDs.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing equipment.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on machinery, motors, controls, sensors, relays, switches, and VFDs.
• Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment using PLCs for faults.
• Read schematics, diagrams, manuals; maintain preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and document maintenance activities in systems.
• Support multiple departments and coordinate with operators and vendors.
