Job summary

Dow is seeking an Industrial Hygiene Technician in Freeport, Texas. The role supports the IH management system, conducts exposure risk assessments for chemicals, noise, ergonomics, and radiation, and coordinates IH monitoring activities with the plant and Health Services.

The candidate will coach teams, help achieve IH goals, ensure compliance tasks are completed, and serve as a field IH resource across the site.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Implements IH programs using the IH work process and procedures.
• Ensures IH and Health aspects are adequate and applied to IH performance goals.
• Acts as Plant resource for IH information and guidelines.
• Plant contact for IH and Health & Safety issues.
