Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repair of pumps and associated equipment.
• Read blueprints, piping sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect and repair mechanical systems, motors, compressors, pumps, fans, ducts, and valves.
• Install and maintain HVAC distribution equipment to optimize performance and energy use.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and make modifications as needed.
• Adhere to city, state, and EPA regulations; maintain records as required.
