Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on industrial systems and equipment.
• Experience with maintenance scheduling and preventive maintenance programs.
• Knowledge of electrical and control system troubleshooting in industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including cooling tower maintenance and compressor/blower work.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems using specialized tools; identify issues and implement repairs.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inspections in CMMS/Confluence.
• Collaborate with maintenance personnel to coordinate repairs while minimizing impact on plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations; maintain a safe working environment.
