Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and perform preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repair of pumps including chill water, heating water and condensation pumps.
• Read blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect and maintain mechanical systems, motors, compressors, pumps and fans.
• Install and repair HVAC systems to optimize performance and energy use.
