• Plan shutdowns for maintenance and repair of pumps and related equipment.
• Perform brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding, and fabrication.
• Read blueprints, piping sketches, schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Inspect and repair motors, compressors, pumps, fans, ducts and controls.
• Install and service HVAC distribution equipment to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot and modify HVAC systems; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain maintenance records as required by city/state regulations.
• Order parts and manage vendor accounts.
