Job summary

The Hershey Company Hazleton Plant in Hazle Township, PA is seeking an HVAC technician to install, maintain, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate HVAC systems across plant and office facilities. The role requires knowledge of HVAC theory, electrical, and building maintenance.

Union environment with shift flexibility and overtime potential. Starting pay is $40.86/hour with differential pay for 2nd/3rd shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to work any shift including weekends/holidays/overtime.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints, P&ID's, electrical schematics, and maintenance standards.
• Document repairs, parts used, and time in SAP work orders.
• Inspect equipment both inside and outside the plant in all weather conditions.
