The Hershey Company Lancaster plant is seeking a Controls Electrician for the Y&S Plant in Lancaster, PA. This hourly role on 3rd shift offers starting pay of $39.97/hour with a $1.00/hour shift premium and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Work involves PLCs, control systems, and high-speed candy production environment.

Candidates must have industrial electrical experience, be able to read schematics, and lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifikationen

Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to work any shift and overtime
Authorized to work in the United States
Experience with motors, controls (AC/DC) and instrumentation
Familiarity with electrical schematics and prints
Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Aufgaben

Assist maintenance and production in troubleshooting, repairing and adjusting equipment
Interpret machine manuals, schematics and engineering drawings
Demonstrate use of electricity, electronics and control systems
Follow NFPA 70-E and NEC standards
Perform PLC and control system troubleshooting and repair
Diagnose and repair malfunctioning components (transformers, breakers, fuses, motors)
