Job summary
Dynamic Air Solutions in Louisville, KY, is seeking an Industrial HVAC Field Team Lead who can diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC/refrigeration systems. You will provide day‑to‑day technical leadership to field technicians, mentor staff, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure safe, efficient service across customer sites.
The role demands 5+ years’ HVAC/R experience, EPA 608 certification, and a Journeyman/Master license where applicable.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC/R service experience.
- EPA Section 608 Certification (universal preferred).
- Journeyman or Master HVAC license (state or local).
- Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical repairs.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in varying conditions.
- Experience with chillers, boilers, and BAS controls.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial/industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Mentor and train junior technicians; assist with onboarding and training.
- Coordinate field activities with dispatch and service management.
- Complete service tickets, work orders, and inspection reports accurately.
- Operate safely following OSHA, EPA, and company protocols.
- Respond to on‑call rotations and communicate options to customers.
