Job summary

Dynamic Air Solutions in Louisville, KY seeks a licensed Journeyman Electrician to support commercial HVAC systems. This senior electrical resource will install, troubleshoot, ensure NEC compliance, mentor apprentices, and work with field teams across projects.

Candidates should have 10+ years of electrical experience focused on commercial HVAC, a state Journeyman license, and strong knowledge of NEC and controls. A valid driver's license and ability to read blueprints are required.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Electrician License (required – state-specific).
• 10+ years of electrical experience with a focus on commercial HVAC.
• Deep knowledge of NEC and commercial electrical codes.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor field teams.
• Experience reading blueprints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform licensed electrical work for commercial HVAC projects.
• Install and support electrical installations for RTUs, air handlers, and controls.
• Interpret electrical plans, wiring diagrams, load calculations, and permits.
• Lead troubleshooting of complex electrical and control issues.
• Provide mentorship to apprentices and technicians.
• Coordinate with project managers for scoping, material planning, and execution.
• Interface with inspectors and authorities; ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with startups, commissioning, and quality checks.
• Maintain documentation for compliance and records.
