Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mattawan, MI is seeking an Industrial HVAC / Facilities Mechanic to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot critical facility systems including chillers and boilers. You will monitor performance via the Building Management System and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliable site utilities.
The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of HVAC equipment, adherence to safety policies, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Formación
- Experience in industrial or commercial HVAC maintenance.
- Knowledge of chilled water and boiler systems.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS).
- Water treatment principles for boilers/chilled water systems.
- Familiarity with ventilation/exhaust systems.
Responsabilidades
- Operate and monitor chiller plants and boiler systems.
- Interpret and respond to BMS alarms and trends.
- Perform preventive maintenance on AHUs, RTUs, pumps, motors, valves.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.
- Support water treatment checks and system reliability.
- Ensure safety with JHAs/JSAs and LOTO procedures.
