Job summary

Intellyk Inc. in Rio Rancho, NM seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic III - HVAC to respond to work orders, troubleshoot, and repair fixtures and systems in a manufacturing setting.

You will work with a self-directed team and support multiple trades as needed. The role requires a high school diploma, at least three years in industrial HVAC or machine repair, and ability to work from heights and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; demonstrated maintenance experience is a plus.
• 3+ years in Industrial HVAC/Industrial Mechanical Machine Repair or Automotive Repair.
• Ability to operate safely at heights (ladders, lifts) and work overtime when needed.
• Willingness to coordinate with multiple trades and use CMMS for maintenance work orders.

Responsibilities

• Performs planned maintenance on building equipment and related services for specific area.
• Troubleshoots mechanical equipment including pumps, hydraulics, gas systems, and lab vacuum systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and prepares job estimates.
• Maintains spare parts inventory and communicates parts usage to stock personnel.
• Assists in installing new equipment and servicing existing installations.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards; uses PPE as required.
