Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team on the production floor and maintenance areas, focusing on maintaining and repairing equipment used in transforming sheet metal into HVAC components.

The role requires at least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, pneumatics/hydraulics knowledge, and forklift certification; HVAC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; craft apprenticeship preferred.
• At least 3 years in manufacturing equipment maintenance with pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge.
• HVAC systems experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Fulfill maintenance work orders and conduct preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace or repair components, and adjust machinery and workstations.
• Identify faulty operations or defective materials and report them for further action.
