McCarty Equipment Co., Ltd. is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts and perform day-to-day activities.

The role involves heavy phone and internet correspondence with customers and vendors, sourcing custom value-added solutions, and entering all sales and purchase orders into the operating system. • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, solid modeling, welding and fabrication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell industrial hose, gasket and piping products and maintain accounts.
• Take orders by phone and internet; enter quotes into the system.
• Prepare quotes, set up part numbers and manage contract files.
• Estimate delivery dates based on production and inventory schedules.
• Resolve customer problems with deliveries and coordinate with account managers.
• Translate drawings and specifications into BOMs and fabrication drawings.
