Job summary

Hire Up Staffing Services seeks a Hose Assembler for our Houston, TX manufacturing partner. You will measure, cut, and assemble hose products according to specs, install fittings, and ensure proper alignment and secure assembly.

Responsibilities include operating assembly equipment, performing pressure testing and quality inspections, reading work orders, recording results, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read measuring devices and follow detailed work instructions.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and assemble industrial hose products according to customer specifications.
• Install fittings, connectors, and components while ensuring proper alignment and secure assembly.
• Operate assembly equipment and specialized machinery safely and efficiently.
• Perform pressure testing and quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
• Read work orders, production instructions, and specifications accurately.
• Record inspection and testing results while maintaining accurate production documentation.
• Package completed products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support production goals.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
