Job summary

You will calibrate equipment, set up assemblies, select dies, test and inspect products, ensure quality, maintain 5S in the workspace, and participate in safety and Lean initiatives. The role emphasizes teamwork and attention to detail; prior production experience is welcome though not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Production experience preferred but not required.
• Good verbal and interpersonal communication; math, reading, writing.
• Able to work well in a team; basic computer skills; forklift operation.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate equipment according to schedule.
• Set up and assemble hoses and fittings per specs.
• Operate hose assembly machines; select dies and tools.
• Test and inspect products for quality and record results.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S.
• Raise safety and quality issues to leads; participate in team meetings.
• Assist with continuous improvement efforts.
