Job summary

G&H Distributing Inc. is seeking a production associate to support the hose production line. You will pick, cut, assemble, and inspect hydraulic hoses and related products to meet customer specifications and due dates.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to read prints and follow procedures. Starting wage is $18.50–$19.50 per hour with full-time benefits after intro period, including health and life insurance, dental reimbursement, 401K, PTO, and options

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable, detail oriented and able to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist hose production team to complete orders and meet due dates.
• Pick, cut, assemble, label, and inspect hose and related products.
• Prepare orders for shipment and maintain clean work area.
• Calibrate and operate cutting and crimping machines as directed.
• Communicate with sales to identify products and check capabilities.
