Job summary

Hadrian is looking for a curious software engineer to join the Autonomous Factory Systems division. You will develop interfaces for industrial machinery and build HMIs to let technicians control automation on the factory floor. The role partners with robotics, mechanical, and controls engineers to move concepts into operation.

You will help scale Hadrian into a multi‑factory company across the US, contributing to data logging and system integration for autonomous production cells.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript or C#.
• Willingness to work directly with hardware on the factory floor.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and deliver complex systems on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop software to interface with industrial machines, PLCs, and other equipment.
• Create human‑machine interfaces for technicians to control and monitor automation.
• Ensure seamless software integration of automated manufacturing systems into Hadrian factories.
• Build data logging pipelines for connected devices feeding planning and scheduling.
• Collaborate with robotics, engineering, and operations teams to scale production cells.
