Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Manufacturing & Operations consultant to drive large-scale transformation in industrial and automotive environments. You will lead complex projects focused on digital and physical automation, including AI, IoT, and AMRs, across global teams and multiple sites.

You will build strong client relationships, shape solution delivery, and contribute to thought leadership within the Manufacturing & Operations practice. Travel may be required up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering and material flow in automotive/industrial manufacturing.
Experience with material delivery routes, 2D/3D simulations, IT/OT integration, PFEP, and AMRs.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate end-to-end manufacturing reinvention projects across large-scale plants.
Apply industry knowledge to support client conversations and delivery of innovative manufacturing-led solutions.
Develop and maintain client relationships at multiple senior levels with clear communication and problem solving.
Collaborate with Accenture Supply Chain & Engineering teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
