Eaton Group in Sherman, TX is hiring an Industrial Grinder for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 2:30pm–11:00pm, Fri 12:30pm–9:00pm). The position pays $20.21/hour with a $1.20/hour shift differential. You will grind and polish metal, perform spot welding, run samples, and verify quality against prints.

The role involves entering time in SAP, completing daily activity reports, and supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities. A high school diploma is required, and relocation assistance is not offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• Residency in Sherman, TX; no relocation offered.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT/STEM OPT plans.

Mansioni

• Grind and polish metal according to specifications.
• Use spot welding equipment and weld appropriate parts.
• Run samples and verify product quality against prints.
• Adjust spot welder for material thickness and finish.
• Record time and quality data in SAP and complete daily reports.
• Change welding tips as necessary and support 5S & continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
