Job summary

Eaton's Electrical Sector is seeking a Grinder Operator for the 2nd shift at the Amarillo, TX facility. You will visually inspect, sort and finish castings, using snag and face grinders, and manage the shakeout/shot-blast workflow to ensure quality results.

This role requires basic manufacturing experience and the ability to work in a heavy industrial environment with potential overtime. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 6 months consecutive manufacturing experience.
• Able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• Within 50 miles radius of Amarillo, Texas; relocation not offered.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect and sort castings according to finishing needs.
• Operate snag/face grinders to remove defects per procedures.
• Handle castings and feed conveyors to shakeout and shot-blast operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow established procedures.
