Job summary

Fidelity Power Systems is seeking a Generator Load Bank Testing Operator to set up, test, and monitor emergency generators at client sites in Virginia. The role requires operating a 2-megawatt load bank and ensuring equipment readiness during outages.

• Excellent understanding of power-generation systems and ATS equipment.
• 2+ years of hands-on generator testing experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and monitor generator backup power systems using load testing gear.
• Record performance metrics and generate customer reports.
• Diagnose anomalies and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure safety per NFPA 110, OSHA, and LOTO.
• Prepare quotes for repairs and maintain truck inventory.
