The Senior Load Bank Technician will serve as a subject matter expert on AC and LC load banks, ensuring readiness, testing, and safe operation onsite.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting electrical equipment to component level (UPS, batteries, PDU, ATS, monitoring).
• Ability to read and interpret one-line drawings and schematics.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare load banks and related equipment for customer rental; ensure cleanliness, testing, and readiness.
• Use hand tools and test equipment to perform work.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage or issues and perform functional testing.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and minor repairs on load banks and accessories.
• Maintain service records and document inspections, testing, and repairs.
• Prepare equipment for outbound shipments per packaging/quality standards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Calibration, and Customer Service to ensure equipment availability and customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures when working with electrical equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
