Job summary

Linde plc is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive growth in assigned and potential customer accounts. You will focus on hitting sales quotas, building new business, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires engaging existing accounts and prospecting new targets both onsite and by phone, while improving gross profit and developing long-term supply agreements. A high school diploma and a bachelor’s degree are preferred, with 5–7 years of sales experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5–7 years of sales experience.
• Strong track record in sales and defined sales process.
• Industrial gas and welding experience preferred; Oil & Gas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote sales and provide account service to assigned and potential customers.
• Focus on achieving sales quotas, developing new business, and maintaining customer relationships.
• Contact existing accounts and make cold calls to potential targets, onsite and via phone.
• Improve gross profit and secure new business opportunities.
• Enhance profitability of existing accounts by understanding and leveraging value propositions.
• Support and implement marketing plans, promotions, and new product launches.
• Secure long-term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements.
• Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data.
