Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years in industrial gas/packaged gas plant operations and/or engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Comfort working under deadlines and customer-facing environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Directs and controls manufacture and distribution of gases in production.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, compliance, staffing and budgets.
• Lead operations personnel and manage performance.
• Develop and coordinate capital expenditures and approvals.
• Ensure OSHA, DOT, EPA, FDA regulatory compliance and safety training.
• Review production orders to plan cost-effective operations.
• Maintain adequate cylinder supply and meet delivery schedules.
• Lead daily safety meetings and communicate with cross-functional teams.
