Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking an experienced electrical maintenance technician to support on-site operations at Corteva location in Michigan. The role involves wiring, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical equipment, PLCs, and automation systems to ensure peak production uptime.

You will implement safety programs and follow environmental and OSHA guidelines while working with other maintenance teams. The ideal candidate holds a Journeyman Electrical License, a high school diploma or equivalent,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Journeyman Electrical License is required.
• Experience with a work order and parts inventory system.
• Knowledge of Automation and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
• Industrial maintenance experience across electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, instrumentation, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical repairs, service, troubleshooting and scheduled inspections of equipment.
• Operate and maintain equipment following safety guidelines and procedures.
• Review safety programs and assist leaders with electrical safety compliance.
• Adhere to quality systems, environmental regulations and OSHA/PSM procedures.
• Suggest safety and process improvements including new devices or hardware.
• Be willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays during peak production.

You are willing and able to maintain detailed equipment records and prints as requiredYou will always work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure you and your colleagues go home safely every dayYou value serving our customers and know operations must be supported for optimal uptime.
