Fastems is seeking a dynamic Service Technician to maintain and repair a wide range of industrial equipment at customer sites across the Northeast. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure equipment uptime to support production.

This role requires frequent travel, including overnight stays, and a customer-focused approach. You will collaborate with the service team, install new capital equipment, and help deploy updates like Service Cloud and ERP initiatives.

Formación

• Electro/Mechanical fault finding in a service/maintenance environment.
• Experience with CNC, robotics and automation systems desirable but not essential.
• Trade qualification or time served to back up skills.
• Computer literate with knowledge of software and Windows-based systems.
• Vocational experience in a service/maintenance role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide service support on Fastems equipment at customer sites in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
• Attend breakdowns and resolve customer challenges onsite.
• Support installation of new capital equipment.
• Communication liaison between customer, Head of Service, and service department.
• Cooperate with all office/administrative support to deliver service solutions.
• Effective communicator and brand ambassador for Fastems products and organization.
• Assess complex technical requirements of end customer and advise on suitable solutions.
• Deployment of new business functions within territory (Service Cloud, ERP Roll Out, OPU etc.)
