Job summary

Fastems, headquartered in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Service Technician to support customers across the southeast U.S. The role involves on-site field service, diagnosing electro/mechanical faults, and deploying solutions to maximize equipment uptime and productivity.

You will travel frequently to customer sites, including overnight stays, collaborate with the service team, and represent the Fastems brand with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Electro/Mechanical fault finding in service/maintenance.
• CNC or robotics experience is desirable but not required.
• Academic qualifications or equivalent time served preferred.
• Proficient with Windows-based software and basic computer use.
• Vocational service/maintenance background is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service support at customer sites in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
• Attend breakdowns and resolve customer challenges onsite.
• Support installation of new capital equipment.
• Communicate between customer, Head of Service, and service dept.
• Coordinate with office teams to deliver service solutions.
• Represent Fastems professionally as a brand ambassador.
• Assess complex technical requirements and advise on solutions.
• Deploy new service functions within territory (Cloud, ERP, etc.)
