Job summary

MIRATECH is seeking a Field Service Technician to support customers with on-site service, technical support, and on-site training in the Odessa/Permian Basin area. You will commission SCR equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair, and document work and equipment performance.

The role requires travel up to 60–75% overnight, strong knowledge of instrumentation, AC/DC circuits, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years field service experience or equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Passport or ability to obtain one is required.
• Foreign language skills are a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Commission SCR system scope on new installations.
• 2) Perform routine maintenance and service on existing products.
• Provide telephone support including troubleshooting and parts identification.
• Coordinate site activities and attend project meetings.
• Deliver post-commissioning training on operations and maintenance.
• Submit daily field reports to customers and internal staff.
• Follow up with customers after service work and maintain equipment calibration.
