Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support our field service area, close to customers, and ensure safe, high-quality service with efficiency. You will report to the Service Manager and gain experience through training at our Air Academy, handling preventive service, troubleshooting, and on-site installations.

You will travel to customer sites, respond to service needs, and document all work while maintaining safety protocols.

Competenze

• You have 1–2 years of technical experience in the mechanical, maintenance, or electrical field.
• Experience with maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of industrial equipment including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics is preferred.
• Experience in HVAC is a plus.

Mansioni

• Perform routine preventive service, troubleshoot and repair equipment; install and pipe compressor systems.
• Serve customers with high-quality service and clearly present repair options.
• Complete all service-related documentation (service reports, forms, etc.).
• Attend training at Air Academy and train with Senior Service Technicians.
• Participate in rotating 24/7/365 on-call with travel to customer locations, including overnight travel.
