Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven outside sales success in manufacturing, industrial, power, energy, or technical solutions.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness and ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support customer needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new business within an assigned territory through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing customers across energy, telecom, utility, and industrial markets.
• Conduct in-person sales meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
• Understand customer operational challenges and recommend customized power, automation, and enclosure solutions.
• Work with engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts; close deals to meet sales targets.
