Job summary

Proexec Consulting Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our growing industrial distribution team serving warehouses, manufacturers, contractors, and other commercial customers in the Houston area.

This field-based outside sales role involves visiting customer sites, presenting solutions for industrial and MRO applications, and building lasting relationships with decision-makers while developing and growing your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, outside sales, B2B, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Willingness to travel locally within the Houston area
• Valid driver’s license

This is a field-based outside sales role for someone who enjoys meeting customers, building relationships, and growing a territory. You’ll spend much of your time out in the market visiting customer locations and working directly with decision-makers.

What we’re looking for:

• Sales, outside sales, B2B, territory sales, or customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel locally throughout the Houston area
• Valid driver’s license
• Industrial, warehouse, construction, distribution, or MRO experience is a plus, but not required
